Mohammad Shoaib Razzaq

Mr. Razzaq is a qualified Barrister from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and has a law degree awarded from a leading university in the United Kingdom. Mr. Razzaq has a vast experience in the legal profession for more than twenty years and has appeared in various high profile cases. He himself has also been appearing in several high stake cases on behalf of the firm [ARC]. Mr. Razzaq has formerly worked in Samuel Davies, Chambers in London and has remained involved dealing with various international disputes and legal matters. He has formerly also remained Director (Legal) for WAPDA and NEPRA.

Mr. Razzaq has advised and acted for various international and multinational companies. He has also advised various public and semi-public departments on their legal matters and disputes, including China Construction, and PTA. He even advised Prime Bank Limited and acts for KASB Bank in relation to their various legal matters and disputes. Mr. Razzaq is actively involved in advising, negotiating and dealing with various work undertaken by the firm.

Mr. Razzaq is currently engaged as a consultant for the drafting of IPO Ordinance. He is also the legal adviser for Reliance Group India, Taj TV and Ten Sports in issues related to IPO before the Sind High Court.

Syed Ali Naveed Arshad



Mr. Arshad is a Chartered Arbitrator and an Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan. He has been awarded a degree in law from the University of London, United Kingdom and has also studied at the University of Boston Law School, USA.  Mr. Arshad has substantial experience in the legal profession and has formerly worked in various leading firms of Pakistan, before joining ARC as one of its partners. He is a member of the visiting faculty at the Federal Judicial Academy, Directorate of Training and Research (Government of Pakistan – Federal Board of Revenue) and is involved with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in respect of training members of the Pakistan Foreign Service at the Foreign Services Academy Islamabad. In addition to this Mr. Arshad is also member of the examination panel Foreign Service Academy.

Mr. Arshad has significant expertise in arbitration, banking, real estate sector, telecommunication, energy and environmental sector. He has been advising and acting for various multinational consortiums and companies in this regard, including Zong. Mr. Arshad is also acting for the National Highway Authority, Government of Pakistan in respect of their various disputes. He is also leading the ADR and deal making negotiations team of the firm.

He is acting for DHAI Amaris International Medical Centre Limited in respect of their various issues involving advising its stakeholder companies i.e. Western Capital Developments USA LLC, Western Capital Developments Mauritius and DHA.

Mr. Arshad is acting for PTCL in respect of their various arbitrations, litigations and disputes including LDI operation. He has also advised and acted for Telemedia Pakistan (Private) Limited in respect of formulation of its technical agreements and technology licensing contracts.

Mr. Arshad is acting for various banks in respect of their various legal matters and recovery suits. Mr. Arshad is also involved in advising, negotiating and formulating international joint venture agreements and consortiums in respect of various engineering, energy and petroleum sector companies.

Zara Abbas Ali



Zara Abbas Ali is an associate of the firm and is a qualified lawyer. She has a degree in law from the University of London, and has been awarded an LLM Degree from Kings College London. She has attended and represented clients at hearings, depositions, settlement conferences, mediation and trial. Her work covers the Grand Hyatt and Centaurus Project undertaken with China Construction.

Sarah Hussain Kazmi



Sarah Kazmi is a qualified Barrister-at-law from the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn. She is a partner at Energy Resource Management in Islamabad and a member of Steering Committee, for Young Arbitration Group, Center for International Investment & Commercial Arbitration (CIICA). She completed her LLB from University of London in 2007, and her Bar Vocational Course from City University, London in 2008. Sarah has more than ten years of experience as a Corporate lawyer and provides legal services to clients in the Energy Sector including, drafting commercial contracts, legal opinions, due diligence and negotiations in M & A and joint ventures, and representation before regulators.

Jawad Khalid Niazi


Barrister Jawad is an associate at the firm and is a qualified lawyer; he holds a law degree from the University of Leeds. He has attended and represented patent cases for Simberella and Rockville, and have represented before PTA and other regulatory authorities i.e. PEMRA, Competition Commission of Pakistan etc.

Muhammad Soban Hayat


Mr. Hayat is a qualified lawyer and has attained his degree from University of BPP. He has been part of A. R & Co since 2015 and has successfully represented our clients before different legal forums. Mr. Hayat has specialized in constitutional petitions protecting the rights of the clients before statutory and regulatory bodies.

Mian Sahir Sadla

Mr. Sadla graduated from the University of London in 2017 and has, since then, been a part of A.R. and Co. where he has represented a diverse clientage in Property matters, Intellectual Property, Company and Firm Incorporation.

Muhammad Oried


Mr. Oried is a qualified lawyer and a political campaign planner, who has been part of A.R and Co since 2017. He provides services to clients in Corporate sector including Immigration, Construction Law, Trusts and other Intellectual Property matters.

Zainab Hayat


Miss Zainab has been a part of A. R & Co since 2017 when she first graduated from University of London. She while being a part of the firm completed her LLM in International Trade. She has been a pioneer in the firms research department and has drafted and vetted numerous petitions and corporate contracts including concessions agreements, TOR’s and MOU’s.

Abdullah Nishtar


Mr. Nishtar has extensive experience in Visa and Further Education Consulting. He is adept in drafting and research work. He has a special interest in Human Rights and Public Interest litigation.



Attiq-ur-Rehman is an associate in the firm and is a qualified lawyer. He graduated from University of the Punjab and has attended and represented several civil and criminal cases. He has a strong experience in trials and litigations.

Syed Naimat Ali Naqvi is an associate at the firm and is a qualified lawyer. He graduated from Federal Urdu University Islamabad. He has been part of A. R & Co. since 2017. He has attended and represented several civil and criminal cases.

Shahbaz Masih

Shahbaz is a graduate from the University of the Punjab, Lahore since joining A. R & Co he has managed the Finance/Administration department. He is also the first point of contact for prospective applications and any complaints. He is well versed in Financial Management and full function Bookkeeping.

Sardar Yasir


Mr Yasir has been with A. R & Co since its inception and has been managing all the administrative and court work including filing and maintaining case records. He has further been instrumental in managing the court proceedings and dates.
